  • Represent the security company and the client professionally before third parties.
  • Apply the service's operating procedures and the client's regulations.
  • Wear the complete uniform with visible identification and maintain a proper appearance.

Remote Monitoring Center – HUNTER Monitoring

Through our Monitoring Center we operate HUNTER Monitoring, a remote surveillance solution that supervises the perimeter, verifies events in real time, and triggers responses without requiring a permanent physical presence.

Supervision of Security Posts

Our supervisors make periodic and unannounced visits to each post to verify duties, reinforce operational quality, and ensure protocol compliance.

Patrols are scheduled at varying times to ensure continuous control of the service.
The officer's presence, appearance, and performance of duties are confirmed.
The condition of the surroundings and the assigned equipment is inspected.
All observations are documented in the system, with evidence where applicable.
Direct feedback is provided or corrective measures are applied as needed.
